Board members serve as fiduciaries for the nonprofit, obligated to act in its best interests. They steer the organization towards sustainability and success by managing its operations, personnel, policies, and fundraising with integrity and legality. Ultimately, the board dedicates itself to advancing the nonprofit's mission in every possible way.

Board members meet in person or via Zoom every (or so) month, attend the AGM and Year End Board Meeting.
