Spring Break Camp: classes will run from March 16 to 20, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Recreational gymnasts will attend on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while competitive athletes will attend on Tuesday and Friday.
Recreational gymnastics offers a variety of programs for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced. This sport includes exercises designed to develop strength, as well as demonstrate balance and agility. Typically, there are few or no prerequisites for enrollment in recreational gymnastics, with participation only limited by class size.
For the classes available at our gym, please visit our Classes page.
Competitive gymnastics involves training and competing on apparatuses like the floor, vault, beam, and bars. Gymnasts perform either compulsory or optional routines, which are crafted and rehearsed with varying levels of difficulty and choreography. The demands of competitive gymnastics exceed those of recreational gymnastics in terms of training hours and the season's duration, which typically runs from fall to summer.
Participation in the competitive team is by invitation only.
